Dr. Heike Wulff is Professor of Pharmacology in the School of Medicine. She has expertise in basic pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, drug development and medicinal chemistry and is particularly interested in potassium channel pharmacology and the design of new ion channel modulating drugs and tool compounds.

Dr. Mark McCoy is an Assistant Project Scientist in the Department of Physiology and Membrane Biology. He serves as a consultant for the immunoassay project for the CounterACT program using his expertise in immunoassay detection of chemical compounds in the environment and biological samples.

Vikrant Singh, PhD

Dr. Singh obtained his PhD at the Institute of Technology, Bombay (India) in organic chemistry and is an expert on the development of novel synthetic methodologies for furans, cyclohexadienones, carbohydrates, estradiol adducts and quinolones.

Bruce Hammock, PhD

Dr. Bruce Hammock is Distinguished Professor in the Department of Entomology and Nematology. Dr. Hammock is a toxicologist and bio-organic chemist with extensive experience in pharmacology. He was elected to the National Academy of Sciences for his work on immunoassays and sensors for toxins. He is trained in drug metabolism and has expertise in metabolomics.

Sung Hee Hwang, PhD

Dr. Sung Hee Hwang is an Associate Project Scientist in the Department of Entomology and Nematology.  He is an accomplished medicinal chemist, working extensively on inhibitors of soluble epoxide hydrolase and cyclooxygenase. Dr. Hwang is interested in the development of small molecule inhibitors as single target and multi-target agents, and their pharmacological actions on neuroinflammation and neurodegeneration. 

Christophe Morisseau, PhD

Dr. Christophe Morisseau is a Research Scientist in the Department of Entomology and Nematology. He has expertise in protein purification, enzyme kinetics, enzyme inhibition, HTS assay and library screening, organic synthesis, cell and microorganism cultures, and enzymatic reactors.

Dr. Latika Singh is an analytical/synthetic/medicinal chemist in the Department of Pharmacology. She is well versed in pharmacokinetics of small molecules, pesticide analysis, & LC-MS method development. Dr. Singh obtained her Ph.D. in synthetic organic chemistry at the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur (India).
