Dr. Silverman is a faculty member at the University of California Davis, School of Medicine and the MIND Institute. Her current expertise is in preclinical translational studies to determine etiology and treatments focused to autism spectrum disorders.
People - Project 3
Dr. Supasai’s has two primary areas of research. The first is focused on neurological sequelae resulting from toxic chemicals. Her second area is centered on brain health benefits of probiotics and natural products.
Under the CounterACT project, I work with a preclinical rat model of acute diisopropylfluorophosphate (DFP) intoxication to address my research focus on investigating phenotypes of cellular senescence and aging following acute exposure to organophosphates (OPs).
I am a graduate from UC Davis, c/o 2018 with a B.S in Environmental Toxicology. My interests are watching nature and true crime documentaries. I also enjoy traveling with family and friends, along with the occasional camping trip.
